Working Capital to Help Your Company Grow

Lines of Credit are available to support working capital and help your company grow. Our Commercial Loan Officers will work with you to assure the Line of Credit is tailored to your company's requirements in terms of your business cycle and cash flow. The Line of Credit may be just for borrowings, or it can have a Trade Financing component as well. Seasonal Lines of Credit are available with a clean-up provision. Lines of Credit require that the company's checking accounts are maintained at the Bank and, generally, a first lien on all assets of the Borrower.

TERM LOANS
Funds for Equipment Purchases and Acquisitions

Term Loans of up to seven years are available to support equipment purchases, assist with acquisitions and to support capital investment requirements. Our Commercial Loan Officers will assist you in structuring a Term Loan to fit your particular requirements in terms of amount, amortization and interest rate. Term Loans, generally, require collateral in the form of property or equipment.

COMMERCIAL MORTGAGES
Owner-Occupied and Investment Properties

Commercial Mortgages are available for both owner occupied and investment properties for terms up to 10 years and amortizations up to 25 years. Loan To Value Ratios and Debt Service Coverage Ratios are competitive and depend on the type of property being financed, creditworthiness of the tenant and financial strength of the owner. The Bank, generally, does not finance properties that do not generate sufficient cash flow to service the debt service requirements of the Mortgage.

SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION LOANS
Government Backed Loans

Small Business Administration loans are government guaranteed loans made by financial institutions. Community National Bank is a leading SBA lender to the New York business community. We were awarded the SBA Gold Medal Award in 2010, which makes us proud that we have been able to help businesses grow in our communities even during challenging economic times.

Our SBA Loan officers are here to assist you with your SBA needs.

SBA 7A Loans are Term loans made for up to 25 years to assist with the growth of your company, acquisitions, equipment purchases, real estate purchases and other qualifying uses of proceeds.

SBA 504 Loans provide up to 90% financing to allow business owners to purchase properties in which they operate. These loans are not available to finance investment properties.

SBA Express Credit Lines assist companies in supporting their working capital needs.

To be eligible for an SBA loan, the Borrower must qualify under the SBA Guidelines. SBA Programs and Guidelines also determine rates, terms and fees in effect at any given time.

TRADE FINANCING
Letter of Credit and Banker’s Acceptance

Documentary Letters of Credit and Banker's Acceptance Financing are available though the Bank in conjunction with one of its correspondents. All Trade Letters of Credit originations and monitoring can be done online.

Generally, trade financing is made available as part of a line of Credit. Trade Financing requires that the company's checking accounts be maintained at the Bank.
