Full Time Personal Bankers
Description: In this position, the Personal Banker is the initial point of Customer contact and must provide a superior client experience. Exhibits superior customer service skills from greeting point through departure, ensuring that all aspects of Customers' needs are met and that every customer has an extraordinary experience. Exemplifies the CNB Customer Service Philosophy and Standards by providing skilled, professional service during the account opening process. Guides loan applicants, and makes appropriate CNB product recommendations in order to meet clients’ banking needs. Personal Bankers are required to work weekends.
Other responsibilities include maintaining the highest level of security and compliance, particularly BSA & KYC. Meets/exceeds established sales goals.
Required skills: 2 years previous banking experience, proven sales ability, strong interpersonal and communication skills, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
